      Pros

      Good pay. Will to listen and make changes. Once I told my supervisor how awful onboarding and training was they immediately starting working with me to make it better for the next round of hires

      Cons

      Training is terrible. I have been in this line of work for 13+ years and I feel like I have no idea what is going on. It’s truly overwhelming at times.
