Pros

Talented Team! The team is full of skilled and supportive professionals

Cons

1. Strict Schedule: There’s no flexibility in work hours, making it tough to balance work and personal life. 2. Lack of Creativity: Despite being a media company, the environment isn’t as creatively stimulating as you’d hope. 3. Poor Management: Management is often ineffective and unresponsive, which can be really frustrating. 4. Bad Communication: Communication between departments is inconsistent, leading to misunderstandings and delays. 5. Client Issues: Clients often don’t provide complete information or clear feedback, which creates extra work and headaches. 6. Limited Resources: Sometimes, there aren’t enough resources or tools available, making it hard to do the best work. 7. Heavy Workload: During busy times, the workload can be overwhelming, affecting work-life balance. 8. Few Advancement Opportunities: The path for career growth isn’t clear, which can be discouraging for those wanting to move up.

Pros

Leadership prioritizes personal and professional growth. The teams are passionate, artistic, and determined. High Five helps so many businesses and produces great work, it feels good to be apart of such a cool team.

Cons

This is minor, but some people are salary, others are hourly. We have time off but keeping track of hours each pay period to be sure we get to 80 while still trying to juggle other life tasks (picking up kids from school, dentist, etc.) can get tedious and confusing. Besides that I really have no complaints.

Pros

I was highly impressed with leadership and how they treated me. You may read on here that they are toxic, but that wasn't my experience. I have always been respected. I also had many opportunities to learn lots of new aspects of the job and even pioneer within my own department. Also, the coworkers are truly quality folks. I felt supported on multiple fronts.

Cons

There are cons, but none that should discourage you from being excited to work here or apply! This is a marketing/ad agency so it can get busy. There will be lots of clients and some days are more stressful than others. You can create something and then it gets knocked down later from a client. Rejection and stress are part of this field, so you should understand this if you are interested in working this kind of job. I got paid the average salary and got good benefits. If you are looking for wild tea, I don't have any.
