Lack of communication between management/directors and the dental office locations. Lack of advancement. Under qualified new hires, Lack of training. Unprofessional Dentists and managers. Empty promises. Running out of necessary supplies due to waiting for approval from campus employees. Difficult to get mileage reimbursement. Over worked due to lack of staff. Very high turn over including dentists.
