Work life - Anonymous employee High Point University Employee Review

Overworked. Employees are told not to complain. Very high turnover. No professional growth opportunities. No work life balance. If you don't agree with senior leadership you are cast aside. Says its known for creativity and innovation but employees ideas are not listened to and leadership just does what they want. Way to much focus on Nido. Compensation is not great including both faculty and staff. Just look at the schools 990 form for a better insight.
