      lack of shared governance for faculty; LIMITED room for advancement or promotion (almost zero for non-tenure-track); over-reliance on student evaluations to rate teaching; liberal arts devolving to ghetto status

      Amazing colleagues across all schools

      Cons

      administration cares ZERO PERCENT for faculty and staff, as well as students, once they get them on campus as freshman. Pay is ridiculously low and we can’t hire new people because of it.
