      Housing deduction; stable pay; relatively manageable.

      Cons

      Late night hours of work, forced team bonding, long trainings, have to stay late for holidays and come back to school earlier.

      Amazing colleagues across all schools

      Cons

      administration cares ZERO PERCENT for faculty and staff, as well as students, once they get them on campus as freshman. Pay is ridiculously low and we can’t hire new people because of it.
