      Pros

      Room to act, Nice, safe facilities, great place to be a student. Middle management tries their best.

      Cons

      Not always the healthiest work environment do too a superficial emphasis on appearances and not depth and integrity, but this may have changed

      Amazing colleagues across all schools

      Cons

      administration cares ZERO PERCENT for faculty and staff, as well as students, once they get them on campus as freshman. Pay is ridiculously low and we can’t hire new people because of it.
