      Great counselors who care about the students. I've learned a lot about making snap judgments about people and how to interact with them. Great job for outgoing people during college.

      Feels like you're forced to lie or at least hush the truth sometimes.

      Amazing colleagues across all schools

      Cons

      administration cares ZERO PERCENT for faculty and staff, as well as students, once they get them on campus as freshman. Pay is ridiculously low and we can’t hire new people because of it.
