      Tyrannical workplace, lack of individual freedom, micro-managed workplace, total inability to speak honestly, both in the classroom and in the workspace.

      Amazing colleagues across all schools

      Cons

      administration cares ZERO PERCENT for faculty and staff, as well as students, once they get them on campus as freshman. Pay is ridiculously low and we can’t hire new people because of it.
