Abysmal, non/competitive pay, horrible senior management who only care about aggressive marketing, building non-academic buildings and pushing a Kool-aid drinking agenda. If you leave you’re basically shunned and if you talk negatively about the place they tell you to be grateful for oxygen. They made parking a nightmare for faculty and staff but students are allowed to have 2 cars on campus. The student is God and can do nothing wrong. Faculty and staff are treating like second/third class citizens.
