      good people and lots of opportunity

      extremely low pay, overworked, the president dumps hundreds of millions into academics which is great but can't retain good employees because the pay is horrible.

      Amazing colleagues across all schools

      Cons

      administration cares ZERO PERCENT for faculty and staff, as well as students, once they get them on campus as freshman. Pay is ridiculously low and we can’t hire new people because of it.
