Pros
Complimentary room & board, $390 a month, single room, meet lots of people (residents, and fellow RAs), good work experience
Cons
Lots of poorly planned training sessions, hard to have a social life, inconsistent Resident Directors, usually had a negative misrepresentation, seemed like we dealt with more student problems than security did.
