      Pros

      Beautiful campus with great facility. Colleagues are nice and friendly and students are polite in general.

      Cons

      Very little transparency in how decisions are made and the school has a very centralized management style in general. Employees are afraid to speak up and have to know who the right person to talk to if they need things done.

      Amazing colleagues across all schools

      Cons

      administration cares ZERO PERCENT for faculty and staff, as well as students, once they get them on campus as freshman. Pay is ridiculously low and we can’t hire new people because of it.
