They believe, at almost all levels and in all offices, that they can always find someone else who can do your job for less. They don’t give raises of more than 1,5%, and when someone leaves they dump all of their work on you with no additional pay and sometimes do not fill the other role. The president preaches to staff during meetings that we should be grateful that they haven’t shipped their jobs to china and then they give you a big propaganda speech about how great HPU is when they are paying all of the staff way below competitive salaries. Beware.
