      working with a handful of good people

      higher ups do not care about faculty or staff. They try and make it seem like they do a lot by giving staff a small bonus and some cheap gifts but doesn't make it worth the 60+ hour weeks and awful pay to deal with the entitled students, parents, and staff. All they care about is the money

      Amazing colleagues across all schools

      Cons

      administration cares ZERO PERCENT for faculty and staff, as well as students, once they get them on campus as freshman. Pay is ridiculously low and we can’t hire new people because of it.
