Pros
work with an amazing group of colleagues who are supportive and the campus is beautiful.
Cons
EVERYTHING is micromanaged by admin, who claim to be "transparent" but are anything but. Instead of raises, faculty and staff get "swag" that is repeated over-and-over each year (e.g., chairs, blankets, coolers). Constantly being told we don't do enough, we don't care enough, and to "do better." It's demoralizing.
