EXTREME Micro-management with no breathing room between owners & Highgate Mgm't teams. Pass one sides' audit & flunk the other Outsourced certain departments to 3rd party off property companies, with no industry experience Hotel was sub-divided to create a smaller boutique division, not enough manpower to cover needs of all guests later in the day
