Pros
Benefits are great, no denial on that.
Cons
NO LIFE WORK BALANCE Even if you think like " no pain, no gain" at the end is not so worth it. They might acknowledge your hard work, but working 12 to 16 hours a day would get you sick and kill your passion for hospitality. But if you become good friends with upper management you will grow really fast, but at the cost of what? Lots of favoritism, again if you become friends with upper management, meaning "lots of kissing a#@!$", they more concerned about themselves than the guest itself. Now they are asking to start reviewing the company and put 5 stars and write excellent comments, that means they know what are they doing and trying to cover up. Policies are not apply fairly at all, again is all about favoritism.
