Great career advancement if you are good at what you doing and are willing to learn by taking additional responsibilities.
Cons
Can be overwhelmingly stressful during busy seasons. Also it's a norm to give up part of your personal life to work longer hours. But it's a New York based company. The general external environment plays a role in the cons as well.
