With 21 years in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say my (2 years and counting) experience with Highgate Hotels has been nothing but positive. The leadership here is strong, and I have a lot of confidence in my direct managers—they know their stuff and truly care about the work they do. There’s a solid structure in place, and it makes a big difference in how smoothly things run. The CEO Arash is also phenomenal. He’s charismatic and really committed to advancing DEI initiatives, which is impressive, especially in today’s climate. As a member of a minority community myself, it’s great to see a company that not only focuses on business success but also places high value on inclusivity and growth. If you’re looking for a place where leadership is engaged and employees are valued, Highgate is a great company to be a part of!
