Amazing coworkers. Nightmare boss - Testing Coordinator Highline School District Employee Review

My boss regularly told people that they were bad at their job in front of other staff members. It was hard to get comfortable or feel productive when everything was fodder for criticism. The district was complained to by several people and did nothing to support us. I was also consistently asked to substitute teach for periods or entire work days and not compensated, even when it pushed my workload outside normal assigned work hours.
