Oppressive and dismissive - Middle School Teacher Highline School District Employee Review

No amount of money is worth the oppression that I’ve had to witness and endure. I was dismissed for my suggestions, gaslighted for being collaborative with other departments, and told that I needed training because my department chair did not understand, and actually failed to communicate with me before making assumptions about my ability and expertise. When I addressed my concerns, bandaids in the form of more meetings, was her solution.
