Manifest Destiny!! We haven't perfected a product for one client, but lets keep selling to other clients! Senior Management agrees to terms (only seeing dollar signs) but refuses to consider the workload and time activities will ACTUALLY take. Probably because they are ignorant to how the work gets done. Then individual contributors are the employees dumped on, often agressively, to complete the work. Mandatory overtime anybody?! Work Christmas Day and New Year's day, we only pretend to believe in work/life balance. All that matters is bottomline so upper management can get their bonus.
