Pros
The pay is better than a lot of places in my area. You get decent health benefits. Gym access.
Cons
Everything else. I used to enjoy going to work, but the company has changed direction completely. Their metrics are completely unattainable. You get in trouble if you say ONE WORD of their ridiculous script wrong. They put so much pressure on their employees and don't value them at all anymore and the pay is nowhere near enough to deal with that stress. They don't promote qualified employees, only employees that are friends with management. There is heavy favoritism. There is now an atmosphere of fear. They fired hundreds of employees because they weren't the "right fit" for the company (most of these employees had been there for years and were making more than most) and then the next week you are advertising that you are hiring. That is terrible. They remind you constantly you will get fired if you make mistakes. It is horribly stressful and hands down the worst place I've ever worked.
