Pros
Out of the 2 of 3 teams I have worked on between AHN and HMK, I have had amazing female leaders who trust my work, and look to help me develop my skills and career. I have been told "if my kid has a Mother's Day brunch at school at 10a, I will be there. I encourage you to do the same." That sealed the deal for me.
Cons
There are some areas of the company where the leaders are more focused on their growth than yours. 12 weeks of Maternity leave (great): 6 weeks at 100% pay, 6 weeks at 60% pay. While I appreciate the leave, this is a better package than some companies, I disagree that I should be docked on my pay after working for years just because I had a baby.
