Bring Melani back. Leadership is inconsistent - Program Manager Highmark Employee Review

Leaders are insufficient and no development opportunities for employees. Inconsistent messaging and follow- through. High salary for those who do not deliver and lack of growth and opportunity which was not always the case. Company has suffered since Dr. Ken Melani was dismissed and the uncertainty and lack of direction is felt at all levels. Skimming of benefits no longer makes us competative and new leaders are sinking due to the lack of innovation and stale mindsets. Company is not forward thinking and will not allow those that do not fit the mold to share their insights.
