Pros
Highmark is very much like a big family. They give decent pto time and unless you're calling off all the time or there's a pattern, they don't bother you for the most part. They mean it when they say they want first call resolution so they don't mind if that take 5 minutes or 4 hours so the lack of time based pressure is nice.
Cons
Their raise system is awful. 3% across the board no matter how hard you work. They supposedly offer a 5% high performer raise but I've never seen anyone get it and neither 3 nor 5% is enough to keep up with inflation. It's also hard to move up because there are so many people and not enough roles.
