Corporate Highmark is bad however if you’re in a good niche, with a good team it can be a good place to work. You have to find a manager to fight for your pay increases or you’ll never get it approved with HR. Too many trainings. I don’t care to do DE& I videos, I am there to work. It’s a waste of time.
