Not informed on LGBTQIA+ communities, HR and Tech Support regularly misgenders and deadnames employees regardless of preferred names and pronouns being listed in the proper systems. Training period did not include training on all of the programs and essentials needed to complete job function. Extreme focus on "Brand Value" and excessively auditing calls. Rumors of corporate forcing employees who live within 1 hour of a physical location to return to office, even those who were hired to work remotely. Constant system and technical issues with only 1 tech employee on call over the weekend for hundreds of advocates. Not allowed to transfer departments for a year after hire date. No proper education provided on the fine print of PTO and when to use it, and no sick pay.
