While the majority of the colleagues are very collaborative, there is still challenges with Senior leadership, who continued create walls with other organizations', rather than focusing on ways to work together towards a common cause. Primary driver of this behavior seemed to be around self value, by maintaining span of control as as way to show their worth/value.
