Trying to prevent people who take pride in their work from making my mistake - Customer Service Representative Highmark Health Employee Review

Highmark, with the utmost hypocrisy, promotes healthy work environments while subjecting their own employees to the highest level of stress that I have ever endured. Morale is abysmal because job security is non-existent. Over half of the people that I started with were fired before we reached the first year anniversary, and others had quit because of the intolerable conditions. You go through training, but then learn that various ways to cut corners should have been the only required subject. Anyone with work ethics will not survive here, period.
