Upper management is disconnected from the realities of lower management tiers. They seem to be full of themselves as well. They recently gaslighted everyone regarding working from home flexibility, where it was previously stated they were implementing a "permanent, work from anywhere policy". In the recent all hands meeting they said they in no way implied the policy wouldn't change.
