      Some folks work from home. Lots of food in the office. This used to be a welcoming and professional firm with a family feel.

      Cons

      All new inept executive team. Ego's and who you know get you promoted. Tons of folks in undeserving positions hurting the brand. Its corporate Game of Thrones.

      Pros

      Flexible PTO, good healthcare and maternity/paternity leave plans, inflation raise each year with a bonus dependent on company profits. Supportive and friendly staff.

      Cons

      Mostly in-office work with one WFH day. Not many raise opportunities past the one each year to account for inflation.
