Pros
There's lots of friendly, knowledgeable and motivated people to work with. I really like my team! The work is challenging and engaging without feeling overpowering. I genuinely enjoy the projects I'm working on and feel supported in my role. We have a great culture of work/life balance here. The benefits are also great and we have a nice office!
Cons
The hybrid model has its benefits, but there's also some frustrations around how it switches week to week between 2 days in and 3 days in. In the grand scheme of things, I recognize that it's a petty complaint, but it is frustrating, especially amongst entry and mid-level employees who have full-time remote managers and bosses.
