Skillful, passionate tech team, strong product and design, cheerful and efficient business development / sales, dedicated leadership. Enthusiasm across the board.

Cons

Normal growing pains like space constraints and process reworking. Occasional conflicts in roles as we scale from a 3-person company to 30+.
