Pros
-Management really cares about its employees and is transparent, which builds trust -Everyone's opinions are valued (no matter what your role is); great "speak-up" culture -Great office perks and events -Everyone has great energy, and is passionate about the company and industry
Cons
No real cons thus far! Sometimes there can be a bit too much communication (e.g. daily companywide stand-up meetings), but this will change as the company continues to grow and it's not sustainable anymore.
