      Hikma will never set a trend for employee compensation. Hikma will always only compensate employees just enough to keep them and that just isn't enough for many.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
