      Pros

      No pros. Unqualified old Roxane executive culture still in place after buyout. No idea what to do or how to do it. Only cool thing is I'm staying on to witness the collapse.

      Cons

      Complete incompetence and unwillingness to face failure. Run from the top and in a state of denial after selling the Roxane lemon to West-Ward/Hikma. By September the whole development group will collapse or have to be replaced, and by then the products and filings will be so far behind that an enormous failure will beset Hikma, its stock price and shareholder confidence.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
