      Great to get experience and learn about proper cGMPs, the USP, the EP, the JP, and normal pharmaceutical laboratory business.

      Cons

      Managers, everything is a "Hot Rush", convoluted processes, and a decent amount of workplace drama.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
