      Pros

      Benefits are decent. The PTO program is hard to beat. Steady paycheck. Clean environment. "Grateful to be employed" is a common statement.

      Information about the company is not openly shared. Sometimes people seem to just disappear.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
