      Pros

      The pay is good for entry level employees and they offer great benefits. The only pro is going to be the benefits.

      Cons

      There is a lot of negative culture. Management is forced to run the company in a way they know will fail but are forced to enforce. Your opinion will go unheard by anyone with a higher pay range than you.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
