      Pros

      Most people are friendly. Large campus if you like to take long walks during lunch. Nice learning center and the training is well conducted during training classes.

      Cons

      The new Tech Leveling is not fair to all employees because its not based on experience and does not take into consideration the length of service or additional skills the employee has. This is a major complaint within the company.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
