      Good salary and open minded management, flexibility of time management, when you have a multinational experience prior to apply for Hikma, that will help you a lot to get higher postion and salary though

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
