      Good and solid experience gained from Hikma as a multinational company, management is close to employees which makes it easier for employees understand the market dynamics

      Cons

      Fast growing which increases complexity in operations, this can be seen as a positive challenge as well. Great work atmosphere

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
