      A lot of challenges which can increase the pharmacist experience especially fresh one

      Cons

      A weak salary progress not compatible with the work environment which is very hard and stressful, this make employees not loyal to the place which is a serious drawback on the long run.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
