Poorly Managed - Logistics Technician Hikma Employee Review

Management does not know how to manage. They make you work 12 hours days and weekends with notice. You earn PTO and when you request days off they get denied, therefore you have to call off. When you call off they give you a point and take PTO. When you go to HR with concerns they fire you because they do not want to go through the hassles of solving problems. Operations are horrible and not efficient. Supervisors are considered coaches that are afraid to give or take feedback. They change rules and guidelines every other week.they do not stand for anything. There is absolutely NO work/life balance.
