      team atmosphere between same site departments, great opportunities for those with Ph.D.s, competitive salaries, good entry level positions

      Cons

      no follow through on promises, very understaffed, unorganized, poor leadership and no follow through with either promotions or dealing with harassment, very poor HR support

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
