      I've been working here since the past 5 years, during those years I've got learned so much science that no university would teach me that.

      Cons

      I always believe that empowerment and motivation are the drivers of any success. I see that management must push more in this area.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
