      Best Pharmaceutical Company in Jordan, so for Pharmacists it is the number 1 company. Going Global and having many sites all over the world is a great advantage for rotation and gaining experience,

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
