      Pros

      The people dynamic is positive. Employees do value their roles and jobs. Easy to get along with. One can wear many hats in his/her role. Health care benefits are paid for by the company. Year end bonuses. A good place to get hands on experience because it is a producing facility. Growing Establishment.

      Cons

      Salary is very low. No flexibility with vacation/ personal/ sick time. Taking time off is frowned upon. Management cannot make a decision about any processes put into place so mistakes occur because there is always an exception to consider. Micromanagement occurs here too.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
